Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to garnibuyscars.com (the "Site") and to requests for offers made through the Site, by phone or by text to Garni Cars LLC ("GarniBuysCars", "we", "us"). By using the Site or sending us a request, you agree to these Terms.

Our offers

An offer is based on the information you give us: the vehicle's year, make, model, mileage, VIN and condition, and any photos. Our offer is guaranteed as long as the vehicle matches your description. If at pickup the vehicle does not match the description — for example, it has different damage, missing parts (such as the catalytic converter or battery) or different mileage — we may revise the offer, and you may decline the revised offer at no cost.

Submitting a request does not oblige you to sell, and an offer does not oblige us to buy until the sale is completed at pickup.

Requirements for selling

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• The vehicle's title must be in your name. The owner, or a person with a valid power of attorney, signs the title at pickup.
• We don't buy vehicles with an active loan or lien.
• You confirm that the information you give us is true and that you have the right to sell the vehicle.

Pickup and payment

Towing within our service area is free. We pay at pickup by cash, bank check or Zelle, once the title is signed. Same-day pickup is available Monday to Friday, subject to scheduling. Please remove your personal belongings before pickup.

Calls and text messages

By checking the consent box on our forms, you agree to receive calls and text messages from Garni Cars LLC about your offer at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any sale. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Using the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site — for example, by sending false requests, spam or automated submissions, or by trying to interfere with its operation. Content on the Site, including text, graphics and photos, belongs to Garni Cars LLC or is used with permission. Deals shown on the Site are examples of vehicles we have bought; they are not a promise of any particular price for your vehicle.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Garni Cars LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they were last changed.
