This Privacy Policy explains how Garni Cars LLC ("GarniBuysCars", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you visit garnibuyscars.com (the "Site"), call or text us, or ask us for an offer on your vehicle.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, ZIP code, details about your vehicle (year, make, model, condition) and any photos you choose to upload.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site and our hosting provider receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the page that referred you. If you arrive from an ad, we also receive campaign tags (for example, UTM parameters) and click identifiers set by Google or Meta.
How we use information
- to contact you about your vehicle and give you an offer;
- to schedule and complete pickup and payment;
- to answer your questions and provide customer service;
- to understand which ads and pages bring requests, and to improve the Site;
- to prevent spam and fraud, and to comply with the law.
Calls and text messages
When you check the consent box on our forms, you agree that Garni Cars LLC may call and text you about your offer at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of selling your vehicle — you can always call us instead at (704) 806-9757. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving text messages, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
The Site may use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to measure visits and the results of our advertising, and to show our ads to people who visited the Site. These providers may collect information about your use of the Site and other websites. You can:
